BCB’s attorneys provide services in all areas of commercial lending and finance. We represent both borrowers and lenders in connection with structuring, negotiating, documenting, and enforcing all types of financing transactions. We assist our lender clients by reviewing, counseling, structuring and documenting various types of credit facilities. We often perform, or assist our clients in performing, initial due diligence activities to expedite the documentation process, including performance of UCC, tax and judgment lien searches. In addition, we assist our lender clients in developing loan covenants to address circumstances unique to a particular credit facility.
Our firm’s attorneys represent clients in connection with their financing needs by providing advice on obtaining and structuring new loans, refinancing and/or restructuring loans, obtaining financing incident to mergers and acquisitions, and financing or leasing a variety of assets. We further counsel our clients with creative solutions to provide cash flow management, credit enhancement, and alternative sources of financing, such as venture capital resources or other private financing.
