Steven M. Cohen

Mr. Cohen concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, domestic relations, general business representation, and employment law.

Mr. Cohen handles a variety of litigation matters in both federal and state court, as well as in administrative hearings and mediation and arbitration proceedings. He has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases. His litigation practice involves the ongoing representation of business clients, as well as individuals. Mr. Cohen’s litigation practice also involves a significant amount of real estate related litigation, accountants’ liability litigation, commercial, employment and contractual matters, in addition to family law matters including dissolutions and motions to modify.

Mr. Cohen also represents a variety of corporate clients whom he advises on contractual, management, and strategic planning issues.

Mr. Cohen is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law in Columbia, Missouri, and is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Cohen is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell, which means that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.
